The Desvac Cage Spray has been developed for spray vaccination of birds housed in cages. The battery powered Cage Spray is autonomous and enables you to spray on two sides and up to six levels. All nozzles can be adjusted and controlled individually and the machine settings can easily be adapted to a variety of cage systems. The vaccine tank capacity is 120 litres. Using the Desvac Cages Spray makes it possible to spray 50.000 caged birds per hour. A small tank inside the control box guarantees stable spray pressure and the use of one way and electronic valves allows spraying to be stopped immediately without continued dripping. Nozzles can be provided to generate droplet sizes in the range of 100-300 microns.
